Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Velox Garage account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Velox.

Who can use Velox

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login credentials secure.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may invite others to view your tune sheets, but you remain responsible for your account and its content.

Membership, billing & renewals

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices may change with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel anytime from Account → Plan & Billing; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. See our separate Refund & Return Policy for details, including physical-goods returns.

Setup data is guidance, not a guarantee

Velox tune sheets, the Velox Index (VLX), and class-legality indicators are estimates to assist your own judgment. They are not a substitute for the official sanctioning-body rulebook, a tech inspection, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for the safety and legality of your vehicle.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other members.

Intellectual property

Velox and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. You keep ownership of the setup data and photos you upload, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate and display them to you.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velox is not liable for vehicle damage, mechanical failure, on-track incidents, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, where Velox Garage is organized.
