Refund & Return Policy

Subscriptions — all sales final
Velox Garage memberships (Garage, Gearhead, Pro, Elite Fleet, and Crew) are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades. There is a generous free tier so you can evaluate the product before paying.

Cancel anytime
You may cancel from Account → Plan & Billing at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the free plan and your data is preserved.

Physical parts & gear returns
Parts and gear purchased through the Velox Marketplace may be returned within 30 days if they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Fitment guarantee: if a part we listed as fitting your vehicle does not fit, the return ships free. Defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost. Some items (electronics that have been flashed, special-order, or installed parts) may not be returnable — this is noted at checkout.

How returns & refunds are issued
Start a return from your order in Account → Orders, or email support. Approved refunds for physical goods are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping is non-refundable except for our error or a defective product.

Labor & installer charges
Pay-later install labor is a service agreement between you and the independent shop; their cancellation and refund terms apply. Velox facilitates booking but does not refund third-party labor.
