Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), the vehicle and setup data you enter, payment information processed by Stripe, and basic usage and device information needed to run and improve the service. With your permission, OBDII/connected-car telemetry you choose to sync.

How we use your information

To provide your garage and tune sheets, secure your account, process payments, send the alerts you opt into, and improve Velox. We do not use your setup data to train models we sell to third parties.

We do not sell your data

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (such as payment, hosting, and communication partners) who are bound to protect it, or when required by law.

Marketing communications

Product tips and news are opt-in and you can unsubscribe anytime. Transactional messages (billing, security, event registration) are part of the service.

Your rights & choices

You can access, export, or delete your data anytime from Account → Privacy & Data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as CCPA/CPRA or GDPR.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, so we also rely on you to safeguard your password.
